Project

Completed in 2023, this project revitalised a charming 1950s elevated house in Medina. Previously featuring only basic concrete steps and no outdoor entertainment area, the home now boasts a stylish and functional alfresco area. We installed a raised verandah deck (NewTechWood) and patio (Colorbond), seamlessly connecting it to the existing structure. Three new sets of wooden steps enhance accessibility and create a serene space for relaxation and socialising.

Ideal for outdoor dining or unwinding with a good book, the new verandah features a robust timber frame, perfect for hanging plant baskets and an egg chair. The Colourbond roof was selected to match the existing roof colour, while polycarbonate sheets provide natural light, making this newly enhanced outdoor area a versatile and inviting retreat.
